I’ve created a geeky masterpiece! Behold, my 404 Fowl Not Found Easter egg.
After I had my egg epiphany, I Googled ”404 Fowl Not Found” to see if it had already been done. As you can see, Hootsuite beat me to get idea, but I have the first (as far as I can tell) egg-carnation.
And as a parting shot, the ever-present under construction egg. It’s as maligned here in Illinois – state of constant construction – as it is on the interwebs.

After 12 weeks off, I’m back to work today. I’ve missed SEO and the challenge and satisfaction of working with committed clients. I will miss spending the day with my sweet baby Hamilton. But we have to work to keep him in Google onsies! Actually, keeping him in Google stock would be a better idea….

Introducing the newest member of the Pierat family, Hamilton. His first eight days have been filled with love and learning, and very little SEO. Next week we’ll start him on metadata, maybe. We’re expecting a new search geek in the Kocher Brown family, some time in March 2013. He’ll be accepting contract work and expounding on the glories of Android shortly thereafter, though we expect to have to sharpen his initial presentation skills a bit.

I’ll be out of commission for a while because today I marry my SEO geek doppelganger, Brian R. Brown. I suppose that makes him the true First Mate on this Pierat ship.
